RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Ready-To-Wear Merchandise
We would love to cherish your shopping experience with us, yet on the off chance that something isn't right, do kindly let us know.
To keep abreast with our organization's standardized protocol and policies, we, at Eshka Couture do not welcome any return or exchange of our products regardless of the orders being either domestic or international. Moreover, this policy applies to both ready-to-wear and customized pieces, apart from a few conditions as mentioned below:
- If the product ordered is either damaged, in poor condition, or is a defective piece.
- If the customized merchandise is not as per the client's expectations in terms of size, texture, colour, length, etc.
We encourage our clients to notify us of the above-mentioned scenarios, if any, either by call or message within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please mention your concern precisely along with the relevant images attached to the message. The clearer the issue is specified, the more likely it is to receive the return of the merchandise.
Nevertheless, please note that you may send the product back to us only if you received acknowledgment from Eshka Couture. Unauthorized returned outfits will not be considered for a return/exchange. Once we receive the outfit, the sole discretion lies with Eshka Couture whether to accept the return or exchange of the garment sent back, based on the time duration within which the outfit is returned and the quality of the garment. Hence, please ensure the returned outfit is unused and in its original sealed packaging as received from Eshka Couture.
Eshka Couture will make the decision within 3-4 business working days post-receiving the returned garment. The same will be notified to the customer.
Garments approved for return or exchange shall be refunded in the form of a credit note valid for 6 months, which can be redeemed only at www.eshkacouture.com or at our store in Bangalore. The credit notes are redeemable even during the End of Season Sale period.
Disclaimer:
- The credit notes issued will only cover the MRP mentioned on the product and will not include shipping charges, duties, or taxes levied.
- The return or exchange of garments will not be approved or considered on discounted priced outfits.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Products can be claimed for a refund or the purchase order canceled only within 24 hours of placing the order. Such refunds will be issued in the form of credit notes, which will be processed within 7 business working days. These credit notes will be valid for 6 months from the date of order cancellation. If the refund or cancellation request is received after 24 hours of the order being placed, then Eshka Couture holds no liability to claim a refund.
Disclaimer:
- If the customer wishes to change the order, any difference in the new order's price shall be payable before updating the order.
- If the cost of the new order is lesser than the initial order, a credit note will be issued for the difference amount.

Returns and Exchange of Couture and Demi Couture Outfits
At Eshka Couture, we do not offer returns or exchanges on customized and semi-customized Haute Couture and Demi Couture merchandise. Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. We strive to offer complete pre-buying assistance while choosing your customized outfit. Our team of stylists is readily available to take your revisions or answer any other queries.
